Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with No Gum. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our website.

By placing an order with No Gum, you agree to this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Return / Final Sale Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

No Gum uses third-party fulfillment partners, printers, manufacturers, and shipping carriers to process, produce, package, and deliver orders.

Because many of our products are made to order, orders typically go through a production or fulfillment period before they ship. Processing, production, and fulfillment times may vary depending on product type, order volume, seasonality, product availability, vendor capacity, holidays, and other operational factors.

Orders are not considered shipped when they are placed. An order is considered shipped only when it has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been issued, if available.

2. Estimated Fulfillment and Shipping Times

Any production, fulfillment, shipping, or delivery timeframe shown on our website, at checkout, in product descriptions, in order confirmations, or in other communications is an estimate only unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Estimated delivery dates are based on information provided by our third-party fulfillment partners and carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to high demand, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, supply chain interruptions, routing issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Delays

If we become aware that your order cannot ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase, we may notify you and provide an updated estimated ship date or other available options, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to delay shipment where necessary due to fraud screening, payment verification, product availability issues, production constraints, shipping disruptions, carrier issues, customs issues, severe weather, or other operational or legal reasons.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates may vary based on:

  • destination
  • product type
  • package weight or dimensions
  • number of items ordered
  • fulfillment location
  • shipping method selected
  • carrier surcharges or other logistics-related factors

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where No Gum expressly agrees otherwise.

5. Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive in separate packages, from different facilities, and on different dates.

No Gum does not guarantee that all items in a multi-item order will ship together.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

No Gum is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered due to an address issue provided by the customer, No Gum may, in its sole discretion, offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, issue store credit, or deny reshipment or refund, except where required by law.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many items are sent into production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that order changes, address changes, or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted.

If you need to request a change, contact us promptly at supportatnogum@gmail.com. If production has already begun or the order has already been submitted to a third-party fulfillment partner, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.

8. Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may take time to appear or refresh. No Gum is not responsible for carrier scanning delays, incomplete tracking events, or tracking inaccuracies outside our control.

9. Marked Delivered; Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by third-party shipping providers.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, No Gum is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, misplaced, or retrieved by another person after delivery, except where required by law. However, we may, in our sole discretion, attempt to assist you in submitting a carrier claim or reviewing the issue.

Claims involving packages believed to be lost in transit, materially delayed, or incorrectly delivered may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Returned to Sender / Refused Packages

Packages returned to sender due to customer refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address problems may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

If a package is returned to sender and cannot reasonably be reshipped, No Gum may, in its sole discretion, issue store credit or deny a refund, except where required by law.

11. Damaged, Incorrect, or Materially Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially misprinted, you must contact us at supportatnogum@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product
  • photos of the packaging, where relevant

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine, in our sole discretion and subject to applicable law, that a claim is valid, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another commercially reasonable remedy.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or garment texture that do not materially affect the product may not qualify as damage, defect, or misprint.

12. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs review, import processing, local carrier practices, border delays, and destination-country regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or similar charges not collected at checkout.

No Gum is not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or delivery failures caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, local laws, or destination-country carrier issues.

13. Shipping Restrictions

No Gum reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain locations, regions, countries, or addresses at any time for legal, fraud-prevention, operational, sanctions, carrier, or fulfillment reasons.

14. Risk of Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer of the package to the carrier.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

15. Final Sale Policy

Shipping fees, production timelines, and carrier operations are separate from our Return / Final Sale Policy.

Except as otherwise stated in our posted policies or as required by applicable law, all sales are final. Please review our Return / Final Sale Policy for additional information regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misprinted items.
