Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, or personal preference.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, sizing, shipping address, and billing information.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at supportatnogum@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- clear photos of the item, including the issue
- photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged in transit
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the item is defective, damaged, materially misprinted, or incorrect, we may, at our sole discretion:
- replace the item
- issue store credit
- issue a refund to the original payment method
We may ask for additional information before approving a claim. In some cases, we may require the item to be returned, or we may ask you to confirm destruction of the item before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
What Does Not Qualify as a Defect
The following generally do not qualify as defects or damage:
- ordering the wrong size, color, or style
- minor variations in print placement
- slight color differences between on-screen mockups and the finished product
- minor variations inherent in the printing process or garment manufacturing that do not materially affect the item’s use or appearance
Refused Deliveries / Invalid Addresses
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or refused by the customer at delivery, are not considered approved returns.
Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at supportatnogum@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
